Dianne Reeves Phoenix reviews
Aerosmith was disappointing
Initially, I was really looking forward to the show, but it was very anticlimactic. I did not like the venue first. I must say Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Pelham, Alabama is a much better outdoor venue. I have been trying to see Dianne Reeves for about nine years. I was shocked at the encore performance. I am chalking up the poor show to the fact that Tyler's voice went out. I have seen Elton John as well and his voice does not hold out for songs such as Crocodile Rock, but he sings the verses while the crowd sings the chorus. I wish Dianne Reeves would have developed a similar system. I would not see them again. I am seeing U2 in October, and I am worried another legend will disappoint.
